Varicectomy with saphenectomy (removal of varicose veins with removing the main trunk)

Performed in outpatient surgery under general anaesthesia (in special cases with a spinal injection). A special probe is used to remove the damaged large subcutaneous vein (or saphena magna). If necessary, the removal of piles is performed through additional incisions.
