The Information and Medical Technology Service is comprised of three departments: medical equipment, IT, and information systems development.
Clinical Engineering Department
Our 12-member Medical Engineering Department ensures that the medical equipment used in East Tallinn Central Hospital is functional, modern, and safe for patients. Our team is made up of engineers, technicians, and specialists with a variety of different backgrounds, and it is this diversity that makes us strong.
We welcome newcomers to the field and are happy to help those who wish to start a career or find internships here. During the presentation, we will discuss the types of work and roles that exist in this field, and the potential career paths available.
Who is working on our team?
Engineers

Technicians

Professionals
In addition, our department also employs people with higher education degrees in other fields, whose strength lies in systemic thinking, administrative skills, and the ability to learn new technical knowledge quickly.
