Attention! Scam calls are being made in the name of East Tallinn Central Hospital
We have been informed that fraudsters are posing as hospital employees to make scam calls. A scam call may be indicated by an international country code, unusual questions, or pressure to act quickly.
Please note that East Tallinn Central Hospital may call patients to clarify information regarding appointments, examinations, remote consultations, or other treatment arrangements. Remote consultations are always agreed in advance with the patient and are visible in the Health Portal. The hospital never asks for personal data, PIN codes, or passwords over the phone, and will never require you to verify your identity using authentication tools during a call.
If you receive a suspicious call, end the conversation immediately and do not share your data. To verify any information, please contact the hospital’s official customer service at 666 1900. If you have already shared your data or suffered a loss, contact the Police and Border Guard Board.
