On 3 September, during the Attractive Employers Day organised by Instar, the most attractive employers in Estonia for students, vocational school pupils, and the working-age population in 2025 were announced.

“Recognition in the eyes of young professionals is very important to us. It shows that our efforts to provide a modern working environment and development opportunities for staff are being noticed,” said Kätlin Pallo, Member of the Management Board and Head of Nursing at ETCH.

“We want every trainee, resident, and young specialist to feel that they have the opportunity to grow with us and to be part of a team that does vital work,” added Helen Utsar, Head of Human Resources at ETCH.

According to health and well-being students, other attractive employers in the ranking included Tartu University Hospital, Confido, North Estonia Medical Centre, and SYNLAB Estonia.

The survey, conducted for the 16th time, gathered responses from nearly 6,000 students, vocational school pupils, and experienced professionals from various fields. The title of Attractive Employer is awarded to organisations that stand out for the strength of their employer brand, development opportunities, and employee retention.
