Medical Services in Tallinn During the Holiday Period
During the holiday period, emergency medical care in Tallinn is available around the clock. The emergency departments of all Tallinn hospitals, as well as the Tallinn Ambulance Service, operate as usual. In life-threatening situations, call the emergency number 112.
On public holidays and weekends, appointments with Tallinn’s on-call family doctors are available. Appointments must be booked in advance. The service is free of charge for everyone, regardless of place of residence registration, health insurance status, or age. Tallinn’s on-call pharmacies are open 24/7 at Tõnismägi 5 and Vikerlase 19.
Tallinn Dental Clinic (Toompuiestee 4b) operates on a limited schedule during the holiday period.
On 23 December, appointments are available from 8:00 to 18:00.
From 24 to 26 December, emergency dental care is provided from 9:00 to 14:00.
On 31 December, the clinic is open from 8:00 to 18:00, and on 1 January, emergency dental care is available from 12:00 to 16:00.
Emergency care is provided by a dentist and an oral surgeon.
The Mustakivi Clinic (Mahtra 1) is open on 23 December from 9:00 to 15:00. The clinic is closed from 24 to 26 December and from 31 December to 4 January.
