Breast cancer screening will take place on Saturday, 7 December, from 9.00 to 15.20 at the Magdaleena Unit

The screening will take place on 7 December, from 9.00 to 15.20, at the Centre of Radiology  at the Magdalene Unit of East Tallinn Central Hospital, at the address Pärnu mnt 104. To register for the examination, call the hospital’s registration office at 666 1900 or visit the Health Portal www.terviseportaal.ee. The screening is FREE for both insured and uninsured women!

We welcome women born in 1950, 1954, 1956, 1958, 1960, 1962, 1964, 1966, 1968, 1970, 1972 or 1974.

If you’re not in the screening target group this year, but you know someone who is, encourage them to come to the screening. Saturday is a good opportunity for anyone who finds it difficult to find time for an examination during the week.

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumours alongside cervical cancer, with both being highly treatable provided they are detected as early as possible.
