Ophthalmologist’s appointment
An eye doctor, or an ophthalmologist, is a doctor who diagnoses, treats and monitors eye diseases and vision disorders.
Generally, no referral is needed to visit an eye doctor. Our eye clinic is a clinic that performs surgeries, and our ophthalmologists are specialised in fundus diseases, vitreoretinal surgery, corneal diseases, cataract surgery, and uveitis. Children are welcome to visit paediatric ophthalmologists. A referral from a family doctor or specialist doctor is required for an appointment with these experts! A referral is necessary to get you to the right expert.
