The 15th International Congress of Dacryology and Dry Eye was held in Tallinn from 17 to 19 June, bringing together more than 300 ophthalmologists and researchers from 30 countries. The event focused on developments in the diagnosis and treatment of lacrimal disorders, ocular surface diseases and dry eye disease.

The anniversary book "From the Free Hospital to Tallinn Hospital: The Story of East Tallinn Central Hospital 1785–2025" was presented at Alexela Concert Hall.

Ida-Tallinna Keskhaiglas toimus 16. juunil rahvusvahelise NATO meditsiiniõppuse Vigorous Warrior 2026 haiglaetapp, mille käigus harjutati tervishoiusüsteemi tegutsemist kriisi- ja konfliktisarnastes olukordades.

The International Congress of Dacryology and Dry Eye will take place in Tallinn from June 17–19, bringing nearly 300 ophthalmologists and researchers from 29 countries to Estonia. The scientific programme will open with a live broadcast from the Eye Clinic of East Tallinn Central Hospital (ITK), where internationally recognised surgeons will perform ophthalmic procedures in real time.
